Ymagis Group Expands Eclair’s Dubbing Business in Germany with Addition of Christa Kistner Synchronproduktion

Ymagis Group (ISIN: FR0011471291 TICKER: MAGIS), the European specialist in digital technologies for the cinema industry, today announced its collaboration with Berlin-based Christa Kistner Synchronproduktion GmbH. (CKS), one of Germany’s leading dubbing companies for the cinema and television industries. Under the terms of the agreement, Ymagis SA, through one of its wholly-owned German subsidiaries, becomes the sole shareholder of Christa Kistner Synchronproduktion GmbH. Christa Kistner remains in her functions as its Managing Director.
